Ludmila Smejkalová (*1979) is a Czech painter who graduated from the Painting Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. Her work is characterized by a bold and vibrant use of colour. From the aesthetic point of view, her paintings might be qualified as formally relaxed and spontaneous but they have been actually carefully well-considered.
