Jesper Alvaer

Jesper Alvaer is a Norwegian artist based in Oslo and Prague. From 2013 to 2017 he was a researcher at the National Academy of Arts in Oslo with the project Work, Work: staging dislocation in artistic and non-artistic work. He holds an MFA from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (2004) and a CAGS from the Division of Art, Health and Society of the EGS European Graduate School (2014). In addition to presenting his art in a number of international exhibitions, Alvaer has participated in a number of study, residency and research programs in Norway and abroad.
