Marek Kimei Matvija

Marek Kimei Matvija (*1985) is a Czech artist and master player of the ‘shakuhachi’, the Japanese bamboo flute. He is also performer of improvised and Japanese traditional ensemble as well as solo musician. He graduated from the Centre for Audiovisual Studies of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU).
